hereby authorized to gather, collect and purchase, in the presence of an NTA Assisting
TPRO/Agriculturist, the leaf tobacco produce of Mr./Ms. _________________________, of

financed
tobacco
farmer-producer
under
a
marketing
tie-up
with
_____________________TC/BF.
Mr./Ms. ______________ is further authorized to deduct and/or collect from the sales
proceeds the amount corresponding to the payment of the loan of said NTA/TC/BF financed
tobacco farmer-producer due to the NTA/TC/BF and subsequently, remit the amount of
money collected from the FC to the contracting Party (NTA/TC/BF/WTD/PB/FIs), within 24
hours.
