REMINDERS
1.
Only accredited real estate brokers shall be entitled to commission from a negotiated sale on
the basis of an unexpired Buyer Registration Form (BRF).
2.
The BRF shall expire as prescribed below, reckoned from the date of its registration, if the
registered buyer fails to submit a complying/acceptable offer or upon the expiration of the
broker’s accreditation, whichever comes first:
a. For properties with minimum disposal price of up to P10Mn: after 90 calendar days;
b. For properties with minimum disposal price of more than P10Mn: after 120 calendar days.

Buyer registration does not grant to the broker exclusive rights to sell any property of PDIC and
the closed banks. PDIC may consider other offers for subject property at any time.
THE ACCREDITED BROKER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THIS REGISTRATION IS
VALID AT THE TIME OF BUYER’S SUBMISSION OF OFFER WITHOUT NEED FOR PDIC NOTICE.
