Please note, this information can only be changed if the existing business name registration has not expired or has not been previously cancelled.
Business name registrations are valid for 5 years.
What business Information can I change
The following changes in the business name information must be advised :
Business address
Capitalization
Line of business. In case of additional line of business, the proposed line of business must be allied with the existing line and germane to the approved business name; otherwise, an application for a new registration shall be required.
Products and services
In case of change of name of the existing individual registrant by virtue of marriage or judicial decree, the advise for change shall be supported by presentment of the original copy of marriage certificate or the corresponding judicial decree, and submission of a copy thereof.

Changes in the business name information should be advised and must be signed by all proprietors. A fee is payable.
If change takes place before the Certificate expires, a Certificate of Change will be issued which is an addendum to the original certificate.
The registrant shall advise DTI either online or through the appropriate Provincial/Regional Directors of the DTI of change of business address, line of business, capitalization and the like, in the prescribed form.
For juridical persons, the advise must be accompanied by an appropriate board resolution or its equivalent.
Any change in business information shall be effected only upon prior approval by the Department.
The approval shall be issued only upon formal notice of such change and payment of the prescribed processing fee by the registrant.

2. Certified true copy of the amended articles of incorporation
Change of Address

2. Certified true copy of the amended articles of incorporation (if applicable)
3. Copy of notification letter (duly received by SEC) informing SEC of the change of address
4. Xerox copy of the BN certificate
